Holidays are a great way to spend time with family and friends, and with all of the celebrating it can be a challenge to eat healthy.
One tip is to remember to eat three meals a day. The holiday season is no exception. I talk to way too many people who skip breakfast, and wonder why they can’t lose weight. If your last meal is dinner around 7 p.m., and then you don’t eat lunch until noon the next day, you’re going 17 hours without any meaningful fuel for your metabolism, and that puts it in a stagnant state. The word “breakfast” is just how it sounds. You’re breaking the overnight fast.
